Batch 1 goes live July 31. We need your help to test Smart Diagnostics with real production device data — and we'll enable it for your specific accounts first.

Batch 2 AC is ready for review (34 requirements). Once reviewed and approved, we move into design and formally kick off Batch 2 development.

Smart Diagnostics enters production — and we need your help to validate it with real data.

WHAT'S LAUNCHING

  • ✓Structured fault conclusions in plain language (no code lookup)
  • ✓TroubleShooting plans (Remote / On-Site / Escalation)
  • ✓Diagnostic report generation
  • ✓Read-only — no device writes in Batch 1

ROLLOUT & FEEDBACK

  • ✗Not open to external users — installers, enterprise customers excluded for now
  • •Internal designated accounts only — small-scale pilot
  • •Test with real production device data

  • •We monitor feedback in the backend and use it to improve the knowledge base
